The trainer must be passion driven and dedicated to cope with the particular job requirement. This is necessary in long hours working and weekend calls.

The next associated disadvantage to this job the, Physical demand for this job, this job is physical by nature, the job requires climbing, bending, running and riding on the horse back. The hardy part is also in grooming the horses, feeding and cleaning the stalls.

The horse instructor, also at risk of injuries, sometimes associated deaths. The horses are animal, vulnerable to fatigue, getting frightened or even unruly. The trainers are vulnerable to be bitten by an angry horse, being kicked or being stepped on. The instructor is at risk of being overwhelmed by a horse, due to its size. This control. Injuries in this job have been reported high in comparison with other risky jobs.

A racehorse training is a challenging assignment, this made harder and daunting when handling mishandled or injured horse. They are usually unresponsive to commands. This calls for high creativity, carefulness and patience. The horses are slow, defiant and unpredictable animals.
